I have Photoshop CS2 and PSElements 9 installed and they're both 32-bit programs (as far as I know) but I have both the 32 and 64-bit versions of NeatImage. We can use installed Photoshop-compatible 64-bit plugins as a plugin for this software, but some of the plugins cannot automatically work for Affinity Photo. The fact is, getting plugins to work is the only problem I've had I've been trying to get them to work on this machine for several days with no luck. Copy only Flood-208 64bit.8bf and Flood 2 presets into the folder AP-plugins. This is my way, there are of course others: 1. Affinity is not able to use 32 bit plugin AFAIK, so the 32 bit version can be deleted safely. Actually, when I first installed the AP trial I installed NIK and it worked but I somehow screwed it up trying to get other plugins to work and so I had to take them all out and start over. The first job is to get Affinity to recognise Luminar Neo as a plugin and that is simply done by additing the plugin directory in Neo as a resource in Affinity. Perhaps the problem was the plugins for 32 bit and 64 bit lying in the folder. Affinity Photo has different areas called personas: pre-processing is done in the Develop Persona, while detailed photo editing happens in the Photo Persona. Everything seems to work pretty well except for installing the plugins. The main difference between Luminar and Affinity Photo when it comes to RAW image development is the workflow. I'm using a Dell desktop with an i7 cpu and 16Gb of RAM and Windows 10. Edit: By the way did a quick test and Nik Viveza worked fine. However, the new release is installed for Affinity Photo differently. I was fouled up because I tried to follow the steps for Nik 2.5 and 3.0. When the first one didn't work I started over with the other one. I hope this helps someone avoid the frustration getting the Nik Collection 4 installed to Affinity Photo. Traditional manual installation is also available for add-ons downloaded as files from the Affinity Store website and third parties. By the way, I installed these one at a time, not both together. The Affinity suite provides the ability to install add-ons purchased from the Affinity Store directly into your Affinity apps via the Account window, making it fast and easy to start using your add-ons. I've uninstalled and reinstalled NIK and NI with the same result. Sie erhalten 8 Papiertexturen, 20 Aquarelltexturen und 12 Acryltexturen für Ihre Projekte. Sie müssen die Datei nur in Ihre Anwendung importieren, sie öffnen und schon ist sie einsatzbereit. I have the same problem with NIK plugins it gets right to the end and shows all the filters but they're all pale and don't work. Dieses Affinity Designer-Asset enthält 42 Papiertexturen in einem nativen Affinity-Dokument. Under the Filters menu>Plugins>NeatImage> Reduce Noise v8, as it should be, but "Reduce Noise v8" is pale and doesn't work. Actually, I'm having the same problem with NeatImage and NIK: Using ON1 NoNoise as a plugin through Affinity Photo is quick and easy Simply send your image over to NoNoise AI, watch the noise vanish, and continue your Affinity workflow.
